Crude tool in the Stark Tradition

"Stark" is the name for an arrowhead style from 3-5K years old. That's one on the right:
On the left is a crude tool I think was hafted in the same way. The edge is distinctly serrated:
The back side is faintly polished and still greasy after all those years - even though I washed it.
